Shipping to Canada

We ship from Kitchener, Ontario. Available shipping methods are Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.

The cheapest option is usually Canada Post Expedited. All shipping methods to Canada have tracking information available.

Shipping to United States

We ship from Ontario, Canada. Available shipping methods are Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.

The cheapest option is Canada Post Small Packets Air, but it doesn't come with a tracking number. All other shipping methods have tracking information available.

Shipping Worldwide

We ship from Canada. Available shipping methods are Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.

Returns

Generally we will take returns only if the item that you have received is faulty when you receive it. By faulty we mean that it doesn't work as advertised. If you have a different reason for a return, we will consider it on a case basis. Our goal is to make the customer happy.

Refunds

We will refund your payment if you would like to cancel any pending order that hasn't shipped yet.

Lost Items

If you haven't received a package within a reasonable time-frame, we can either ship you another one or give a full refund.

Please note that airmail is very slow to some countries, especially Brazil and Italy where it might take a month. Consider using an express service for those countries.

Duty Fees and Taxes

Canadian orders are subject to taxes. For Ontario, we will add PST (8%) and GST (5%). For Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick we will add HST (13%). For other provinces we only add GST (5%).

International and U.S. orders are not subject to Canadian sales tax. However, you might end up paying duty fees which are determined by your country and hence are beyond our control.
